Every instrument comes in a sterilized package, opened fresh for each patient. I rarely see this level of care in countless other clinics. Having visited many places, I was particularly impressed by their hygiene and sterilization practices. Even the bibs are single-use, so there’s no awkwardness of being draped with a previously used cloth that’s been washed multiple times. For me, cleanliness, tidiness, and proper sterilization are the most important factors.”
